Cyanhem

These people are the monsters used by the people of Ruben as an explanation for bad things happening. They are said to be in possession of unnatural powers which they use to get gain and harm their fellow beings. A major sign of being one is blue blood. It is illegal to be one in Ruben under the penalty of death. Their actual existence is debatable. Currently the Rubenian Court is convinced that the Shadow of Heartford Forest is one.
