Vondor of the Blue Mountain Clan was executed by the Upper Clans of the Dwarvish Clans for refusing an official order. Vondor was commanded to stop production and performances for Of Hope, the Tale of Einryn. This was largely because of the political, cultural, and theological commentary within the play.
