Saphielle 'Saphy' Aurora, also known as Our Lady Of Light and as the Madwoman Blue, is a powerful Heilish Elvish magician and Luminary. She has two children: Rhialla and Lisskela.
Aurora is the only publicized member of Leona's chapter of the Shelterers of the Vigilant. Her Leonian reputation is controversial. Popular opinions ranged from her being a brilliant genius of obscure occult studies, to a moon-addled crazywoman intent on spreading a Divine cult of madness to poison Leona.
Aurora is a wanted felon with the Luminary Authority listed for Annihilation Upon Resisting Arrest, most notably on the following charges:

1. Gatebreaking (6th Law of Luminaries)
2. Spacetime Meddling (7th Law)
3. Luminary Murder (1st Law)
