NPCs:
High Inquisitor Seraphina Delacroix:
As the enigmatic High Inquisitor, Seraphina Delacroix exudes an aura of unwavering righteousness. Her stern countenance conceals a cunning mind adept at manipulating both politics and faith.
Formerly a devout follower of Tyr, she now cloaks herself in a facade of religious fervor while harboring sinister ambitions. Her calculated moves within Secutlu's political arena seek to expand the church's influence, subjugating the market and swaying the city's affairs to their advantage.
Despite her deceptive exterior, rumors suggest that Seraphina no longer worships Tyr, instead pursuing arcane knowledge and power in the pursuit of control and domination.
Archbishop Valerian Hawthorne:
the revered Archbishop, commands unwavering loyalty from his devout followers. His silver tongue and charismatic presence have won the hearts of many within the Church of the Rose.
Once a beacon of divine guidance, Valerian's devotion to Tyr has faltered, obscured by a lust for authority and control. His overarching goal to seize the Luxarni Institute of Magic and Sciences stems from a desire to harness magical knowledge and wield it as a weapon for domination.
Behind the facade of benevolence lies a shrewd manipulator, utilizing the church's teachings to further his quest for power, unconcerned with the tenants of justice Tyr once represented.
Grand Cleric Elowen Ravenscroft:
revered for her wisdom and sagacity, is a pillar of the Church of the Rose. Her serene countenance and gentle demeanor belie a strategic mind adept at steering the church towards its goals.
A scholar at heart, Elowen was once a devout follower of Tyr, seeking justice and fairness. However, disillusioned by the corrupt practices within the church's upper echelons, she has since distanced herself from the faith's core principles.
Despite her reservations, Elowen remains an influential figure, torn between her yearning for the church's reformation and the knowledge that their goals, driven by greed for power, threaten to corrupt the essence of justice Tyr represents.
They all follow the priest statblock.

The players interact with devout followers within the church, aiming to sway them to the side of justice and expose the corrupted leadership by showcasing evidence or preaching the true teachings of Tyr.
Part 3: Resolution..?
Objective: See what happens.
If Elowin and the other priests remain alive one of three things can happen;
Denunciation:
Elowin is convinced to go against the other two. He agrees to a peacefull ousting and institution of new teachings. Afterwards, Engages in charitable activities and working with the college on community events.
Disentanglement:
Elowin is convinced to go against the other two. He determines forceful removal and banishment of the priests is the best course of action. The other two must die and Elowin will reinstate the old teachings but bring her isolationism to the church. They will keep to themselves from now on and be very closed about their religion.
Tyr's Justice:
Elowin is not convinced to go against the others. The people become restless after being presented with evidence and ask the players for help with eliminating all three priests. This ends in peasents with torches and pitchforks aiding the players in storming the church and fighing the church gaurds and priests.
If the players assasinate the priests:
A tired issue...:
The guard captain will assume the college had something to do with the death of the priests and organize a raid on the school consisting of the followers of Tyr and the guards. Shadowhand will consider the city a lost cause and move base to Rojavia, weakening their resistance.
If the players do not find out about this the school will be destroyed, libraries burned, the town becomes less vibrant with less visitation and a theocratic martial rule is imposed.
If the players do find out and assist the school in defence, the church will be abandoned and half the towns population will die. There is still plenty of visitation but the air of depression from a recent travesty has not been forgotten.
