Avia Isle (Ai-vi-ah Isle)

Every nation has its spotlights, a place tourists just have to visit. What is a popular tourist spot in your world? Avia Isle, a floating island in Nira, is a very popular tourist destination.

Geography

The island is small and mystical. The grass is a beautiful emerald green, the rocks silver and gold. They have two large waterfalls, with sparkling clear water, connected by a river. It has one small mountain, and hundreds of lush Onia Trees on the island. Everywhere is covered in flowers. You can look over the edge and see lovely scenery all around

Ecosystem

There are a wide variety of plants there, including the Liluia flower, a rare flower found only on Avia Isle. This flower has healing properties, and can heal characters from a wide variety of ailments. (In roleplay it acts like a resting location), and many other plants that are found throught Nira.

As for animals, the island is one of the few habitats of the Avia Deer. This deer is unique, in that it changes colors with each season, and has Liluia flowers growing on their back. This island is one of the few places which they can survive, as they require a very precise climate. They also have birds, insects, foxes, and more from throught Nira.

They also have the Kinin bird, a small, rainbow colored hummingbird that will chirp a nice melody every morning at sunrise. They are found in many places around Nira, but they originated here, and are found in extremly large numbers here

Ecosystem Cycles

Every month, the Avia deer change colors to match the plants in that month, and the Kinin birds melody changes each month to match the months theme

It is somewhat foggy, causing the island to feel like its in a dream

History

There are a few cottages, but most are for tourists, but one is inhabited by the Fae guardians of the island. Their names are Liza Frosttwist and Flint Reddove, who have guarded the island for 150 years.
