Nettle Mint

Nettle Mint is a sweet and cool herb. It is quite similar to normal mint, however it is quite intense and much sweeter than typical mint. It is harvested from the leaves of the Sweet Nettle plant (not same as in real life). The leaves normally look pale mint green, with occasional leaves in other colors

Manufacturing process

For dried leaves

Drying Nettle mint leaves is an art perfected by the nirian people centurys ago. The traditional method involves first soaking the leaves for 12 hours in a small amount cold water, just enough for the leaves to be completly soaked. They then take the water which has absorbed some of the flavor of the mint and bottle it for use as nettle mint flavoring. They then leave the leaves out in the sun for 5 days, after which they package them, now dried

For frozen leaves

The process involves leaving the leaves in a pot of water in the snowy region for 2 days, outside, and then covering with snow. At the end of the two days, the snow will have turned pale green and the leaves will be frozen
