Fedor

Fedor served as Patrician to Port Bellah, having inherited the title from his predecessor in 1370. At first, Fedor seemed like a benevolent leader. This changed shortly after his first introduction to Eldrissa of House Mellasombre. He quickly became infatuated with her and with her master, "He Who Sleeps", later discovered to be Vecna. The affair with Eldrissa proved chaotic, with Fedor falling more and more into her trap. Fedor would later break one of the anchors holding Vecna at bay and release the Hand of Vecna who drained his Fedor's life, killing him.
