The Hunter's Lodge

The Hunter's Lodge has been around so long no know when it even started. Most people would consider it a monster hunter's guild but the title guild implies far more structure than is present in the lodge's hierarchy. The lodge is a really a loose collection of monster hunting enthusiasts. The halls are supported mostly by donations and rich benefactors. To become a full member you need to kill a suitably impressive monster. What qualifies varies wildly depending on who is passing judgement and how much they like the candidate.

The higher ranked members mostly just sit around and drink waiting to hear rumors about it impressive hunts while the low men on the totem pole are expected to be constantly hunting. There are lodges in all major cities and some larger towns.
