The Island City States

The Island City States were always kind of around, but it wasn't until recently they banded together to form a country. Each island appointed a captain to form a republic. The Island City States controls the largest and most effective navy. All of the people dropped on the islands seem to be from the same region of the old world but no one is really sure. Even the elves are unsure of their ethnicity but they have all of the same stories about the old world so they must have just been fairly secluded.
They standout among from other humans because they all have a darker skin tone and much taller on average. The average islander is around 7 feet tall.
