The Ci'ban

Long after the Pandoranian uprising the Ci’ban seceded from the other Wa’jari. They had been influenced by the Qua’durnoi-Verh’el Naghul and didn’t feel Wa’jari enough to continue in the empire. Instead they founded their own empire in the Oasis Desert, along the Na’zon. The Ci’ban are a kind people and theirs is a peaceful way.
