The Locian

The Locian are a subset of the Wakan. After most of M’jørf moved onto a feudal society, the Locian wanted to follow along. Instead the Wakan held to their old tribal ways. The Locian instigated rebellion and formed the Principality of Elreev Looc to the north of the Wakan. The feudal Locian quickly developed a distinct culture to the clan-settled Wakan.
