Shipping Embargo on Kehsek

On the 21st of Novobar a pirate fleet sailed by the southern coast of Kehsek and instigated a blockade. They now ask for ransom to reopen the shipping lanes.
Chieftain Davidd Treweth, Tracker of the White Stag, coughed up the ransom and then some, and the pirate fleet has now joined the navy of Kehsek.
