Religious Tensions in Red Upper Plains

Recently tensions between the Azahr faith and Kehsarism reached an all new high. On the 20th of Otsalia practitioners of both faiths were found in conflict with each other. The chieftain of Red Upper Plains didn’t know how to deal with this aggression and passed the problem up to you.
Our wise and noble chieftain, Davidd I Treweth, denounced the Azahr faith and proclaimed Kehsarism as the state religion.
