Truebank Enterprises

Truebank Enterprises is the second largest trading company in the multiverse, next to Allar Transplanar. The owner of the company, Rozark Truebank, founded the company in the City of Union and has overseen a period of phenomenal growth and expansion. Lately, interference from the Planar Trade Consortium has dogged growth, but profits are still at an all time high.

Structure

Overview

Truebank Enterprises is a typical company with a simple hierarchy. It's owner, Rozark Truebank, is the head of the organization and is responsible for the overall performance of the business. The rest of the company reports to him, there is no board or other team that controls management. The organization is otherwise divided into three groups; Transport Operations, Supply Chain Logistics, and Finance. Each of the groups has a director that reports directly to Rozark.

Transport Operations

Transport Operations is the group responsible for handling the logistics of getting goods, people, and coin to where they need to go. Immediately below the director are the regional managers, which are responsible for handling operations on a particular plane or crystal sphere. Depending on the size of the plane or sphere, there may be additional regional managers. Below the regional managers are the ship captains, which are generally given enough autonomy to hire crew as they see fit. Captains are also encouraged to seek out more optimal routes on their own, and can receive bonuses when they do so. The company does not punish captains who take on extra cargo along their route, as long as it doesn't impact their delivery schedules.

Supply Chain Logistics

Supply Chain logistics handles the companies delivery contracts, docking clearances, and territory exploration. Unlike Transport Operations, this group has managers which are responsible for specific industries and commodities where needed. Underneath the managers are the dock workers that the company has in major ports to assure the integrity of goods and passengers during the loading and unloading process. The company's lawyers also fall under this group, an unfortunate necessity with the plethora of legal codes around the multiverse.

Finance

Finance has one of the simpler organization structures of the three groups, but is just as large. The group has a single manager which oversees the various accountants, bank liaisons, and vault employees.

Public Agenda

Truebank Enterprises is committed to a policy of safe, reliable, and fast shipping and transport.

Assets

The company has numerous assets at its various operations branches in the multiverse, but is fairly secretive about its full assets list. Public records do at least show an accounting of some of the company's assets:

Truebank Enterprises Headquarters, located in the City of Union.
Numerous branches in major metropolises on the planes, and a few in major Prime Material cities.
An significant number of vessels registered to the company (upwards of 200).
Secure storage vaults in unspecified locations (noted on insurance registration paperwork).
Liquid assets in the form of gold and other valuable materials, noted as loan collateral.
