Munavri

The bipedal Munavri adapted to their original islands in the Shifting Archipelago and quickly learned to predict the collapse of their homes and migrate to a new island. They thus developed oceanic voyaging early on in their evolution. This innate connection to the rising and falling of land and need to rapidly switch between terrestrial and oceanic lifestyles developed into a psychic ability to temporarily adapt to use any tool, mundane or magical.

Munavri soon developed the technology to sail beyond the coastal waters to the next island. Settlers left the archipelago and landed on Jiiral, establishing a permanent colony no longer subject to the rise and fall of volcanic islands. Munavri still sail the achipelago but the landbound Eagbute culture mostly sticks to the solid water of their new glacial environment.
