Sprite

The fey called sprites are a diverse collection of tiny creatures that are incredibly curious about magic in all its forms.

In the feywild, sprites are functionally immortal as they reincarnate upon death when on their home plane. However those born on the material plane, or those that spend too long here, can become bound to the mortal cycle. Despite this, a careful sprite (a rare thing indeed) can live for millenia.

Sprites are rarely encountered, making their hidden homes deep in forests or other places of great natural beauty. Occasionally, usually wingless, sprites may adventure out into the wider world in search of new experiences, or people to prank.
