Treaq

The treaq, or snow goblins, are found (unsurprisingly) in the snow covered hills and lowlands around the north pole of Irralish.

They have adapted to life in the frozen north with surprising ease and build ramshackle but effective structures from snow and ice and bend their pyromanic tendencies to providing continuous warmth for their tribe. In the dark winter months, treaq entertain each other with song and occupy their minds by tinkering with the treasure they gathered throughout the year.

The summer months are spent on expeditions to gather supplies for the winter. In addition to the boring necessities like food and fuel etc treaq must also gather treasure to stave off deadly boredom. More than one tribe's line has ended as a result of bored members setting off disastrous experiments.
