Father Edrick Solomon

Father Edrick Solomon is an experienced Celestial Chorus Adept and one of the founding members of The Table in New York City. In the years following The Termination he has kept a low profile, recruiting and guiding new mystics, preventing them from falling into the hands of the Technocratic Union. He is one of the masters of the Spero Hall.

Personality and Demeanor

Father Solomon is a kindhearted man, warm, slow to anger, gracious, and generally understanding of most people and situations. Those who seek guidance and mentorship can always expect to find it from him, regardless of their paradigm or practice, and he is intensely protective of those who place themselves in his care. The particularly observant may notice a subtle sharpness in his posture and tone when dealing with intolerant or hateful religious organizations, but if interrogated on the matter the sharpness immediately dissipates, to be replaced with frank melancholy.

Magickal Practice

Father Solomon is an ordained Episcopal priest, a background that is heavily reflected in his practice of Magick. Prayer, holy symbols, scripture, anointing, laying on hands, and (obviously as a Chorister) hymns and songs are all common among his arts.
His knowledge and training run far deeper than many who only meet him in passing would expect, however. He is well versed in many fields tangential to his native Anglicanism, including Catholic mysticism and exorcism, Jewish Kabbalah, Gnosticism, and occultism. It is not uncommon for his prayers and hymns to manifest in dead or ancient languages, or for him to call upon the powers of angels or saints.
Much of Father Solomon's Magick is could be considered coincidental, if miraculous. His Affinity of Prime however does lead to some displays of spectacularly vulgar holy fire and light when under duress. He has shown proficiency in the healing arts, as well as exorcism and warding. He has also been known to fashion, consecrate, and bless various forms of amulets and talismans that bring safety and protection to those who wear them.
