Mage Registry
Mage Registry was created by the Magical Security Act of 1970. The purpose of it was to help law enforcement organizations around the world with their work. Every law enforcement officer around the world have access to the registry, but only police station selected by their government can add magic-users into the registry. Every magic user in the world was obliged to register himself. However, there isn't a penalty for being an unregistered magic user. Registration is just encouraged by the perks of being a registered magic user. For example, only registered can enrol at Magic Academies. Currently, there are about 2 billion registered magic users.
