Aluvian Crows

The Aluvian Crows are a small mercenary group working out of the Stornlands of Northern Magnamund.  They number anywhere from 220 - 500 warriors, and consist primarily of infantry.  They maintain a rigid military structure and have a reputation for being both solid and dependable.

Structure

The Aluvian Crows have a strict military structure based upon the cultural norms of the Stornlands: soldier, sergeant, lieutenant, captain, and finally major.

Culture

The Aluvian Crows have a very egalitarian outlook and accept and promote anyone, regardless of race or sexual identification.  They do not discriminate on the basis of religious preference, but frown on strong expressions of faith or proselytization.
