Mechanics & Inner Workings

When a user wears the Cloak, they gain the following abilities. It provides a general sense of superiority, ego and well-being.

• Increased Intelligence, +4 to Intelligence and Magic Skill Checks
• Robust Ego, +4 to Ego, and 10 pts of Mental Defense
• Summon Monster, 60 pt summon, slavishly loyayl, 1/day
• Summon Mundane Tool, 30 pt equipment summon, 1/day
• Cap of Holding, Extra-Dimensional Movement to extradimensional space, requires incantations and gestures

In addition, the user suffers the following disadvantages

• Psychological limitation, the wearer needs the cap as a focus for all spellcasting, strong
• Psychological limitation, the wearer is compelled to loudly enunciate and remark on their spells as they cast them, total
• Psychological limitation, the wearer will not willingly give up possession of the hat, total
