Gourgaz

Gourgaz are large, grey scaled, cold blooded, carnivorous, intelligent, reptilian creatures from the Maakenmire. They standbetween seven and eight feet tall and are incredibly strong. In their homeland, they build primitive weapons. Their scales are heard as steel, and they are known to be resistant to mental maniplulation.

When excited, by battle or stress, Gourgaz secrete a pheremone that affects any Giak in the surrounding area. It drives Giak into a frenzy of courage. Thus they were used by the Darklords to lead Giak s in battle.

The gourgaz’s favorite food is human flesh.

Gourgaz scales are pine green in coloring, with their coloring shifting to lighter colors along their chest and abdomen.
