Kicoka
The Kicoka are a race of undersea dwelling humanoid crab-people. They naturally thrive in saltwater but can navigate in freshwater for a few days before feeling adverse effects.

Anatomy
Kicoka resemble humanoid crab people. They stand at approximately 4' 6" on average. They are as strong as humans on average, but the grip strength of their claws is twice as strong.
Ecology and Habitats
Kicoka live underwater. Being able to breathe air and water, they can venture ashore for brief periods of time but are uncomfortable to do so.

Kicoka do not wear clothing, but use coral and farming to grow their homes and dwellings. They have not progressed far in technology but will salvage and use the technology of other species.

The Kicoka have their own language that consists of a variety of grunts and klicks, and while they can learn to read Sommlending, do not have the physical ability to speak it.
