Minitine Elixir

This elixir shrinks the person imbibing it, along with their clothing, implying a strong magical as well as herbal influence.  The concentration and amount of potion determines the total amount of shrinking that affects the character. The duration seems constant at about one hour. The user cannot cancel the effect before the duration has expired.
