Non-Self Starting Fire Burn

Non-Self Starting Fire Burn is very similar in construction to the Oil of Fiery Burning , but with one critical difference. This potion must be heated to 85 F to be effective. This allows it to be stored much more safely and is favored for demolitions work. It has been known to be consumed and then spat in combat conferring a sort of fire breath on the user. Overall however, it is much less destructive.

Upon spitting Non-Self Starting Fire Burn from one's mouth, apply the following effects:

or
EB 4d6, AOE cone

However, if Non-Self Starting Fire Burn is warmed in a sealed container and then broken, apply the following at the point of impact:
EB 6d6, explosive
