Jessica Casteel is kidnapped by Fustov . He impersonates a Giak while executing the kidnapping. SAG Team #7 journeys to the caves and after a tense conversation with Durosh Mak , enter the caverns of the minotaur and rescue Jessica Casteel .

In an attempt to drive a wedge between the citizens of Macsen Keep and the Giak s of the Caves of Chaos , Fustov masquerades as a Giak and kidnaps Jessica Casteel . He easily overpowers her and takes her back to the Caves of Chaos . With some subtle telepathic manipulation, he leaves her with the minotaurs.

SAG Team #7 assures Arthur Devereaux and Rufus Abercrombie that they will recover Jessica Casteel and depart immediately. When they arrive at the Caves of Chaos , they enter the Giak encampment and demand an explanation.

After a tense exchange, Durosh Mak assigns Skarg to assist them in finding Jessica Casteel . They track her to the minotaur caves and head inside. Unfortunately, the poisonous spores affect the entire team and they barely survive attacks by minotaurs before they find and retrieve Jessica Casteel . Skarg 's resistance to poison proves invaluable and makes it possible for the team to withdraw from the caves.

After apologizing to the Giak forces for accusing them, SAG Team #7 returns to Macsen Keep with Jessica Casteel .
