A trapper dies after birthing a red slaad at Jacob's Well . Francois Gaston and a group of local Giak s rally the residents at the Inn to defend themselves.

They step in just as the beast attacks the remaining trappers in their rooms. Francois Gaston and teh leader of the Giak s corner the monster in the room and slay it together.
