Lady of Gold

"Lady of Gold
Lady so cold
Wealth was her name
The people her game
She flaunted her power
Up in her tower
Consumed by her greed
A wretched witch indeed"
Lezha of the Silver Tower, formerly Lezha Oridaeum, is a common figure in Drudrian folklore. Once a powerful and respected noble, she became a reviled witch as her lust for wealth grew out of bounds, her cruelty and wickedness shocking even some of the more tyrannical nobles of the land. Officially she was executed after her titled was revoked and her prized tower demolished, but locals swear that she still roams the land abducting careless travelers and turning them into statues of precious metals.

Variations & Mutation

Many cautionary tales have been passed down about Lezha, warning against greed and the dangers of dabbling in dark magic. Her legend has become a staple of Drudrian folklore, and her story has been adapted in various forms of media, including plays, songs, and books.
