The Second Giver functions like a human male, producing sperm and featuring a penis. The Holder bears a womb, within which the fetus is held, hence the name, after being impregnated by first an egg, from a First Giver, than by a sperm, from a Second Giver. Holders are very much like a human female except that they cannot produce eggs themselves, lacking ovaries and related systems.
