Blackbirds

The Blackbirds are the pre-eminent thieves guild in Damarask.  Using their network and the front of the "Damarask Inner Harbor Association" the Blackbirds keep their thumb on all illegal, illicit, and contraband activity in the City.  Though they are headquartered in the Sideways Warren, the Blackbirds often find themselves conducting under the table business in the other districts of Damarask - a fact that often puts them at odds with the other district heads.
