Grand Alcazar

On a high hill overlooking the city of Spectross is the palace known as the Grand Alcazar.  A beautiful citadel of white marble walls, gilded onion domed towers, and a sky blue spindled dome, it is a marvel of architecture and engineering.
Once a week, from atop its walls the Sultan of Spectross leads the city in a blessing and appeal to its official deities; Ocario and Aquorra.
