Ka Xiyi (Ka Zhee-Yee)

The Ka Xiyi is the nemesis and counterpoint of the Qilin Mao.  It is the protector of the lizardfolk and takes the form of a long black winged dragon, with a lion's mane of sliver hair, cloven hooves on its rear haunches, and a slender tail like that of a cat.
