Parade Watch

The violet cloaked Parade Watch are the designated guardsmen of the Parade Heights district in Damarask.  They maintain permanent posts at the Regent's Arch and the Gold Bridge where they monitor all incoming visitors.  
The Parade Watch actively try and maintain the exclusive reputation of Parade Heights and often turn would be visitors away, often for very minor perceived infractions.  This inconvenience can be avoided, of course, for a small "toll".
