Philebus Tolliver

The Honorable Doctor Philebus Tolliver was the head librarian or "Masterbrarian" of the small college in Cyrecuze during the The Sundered Age.
Educated in Larissa under the Spire of Truth, Dr. Tolliver was a well known and respected historian of his time.
Dr. Tolliver was present when the Cabal Al-Jahal attempted to burn down his college's library and scriptorium and played a key role in thwarting their attempt.
