Reginald Minksworthy

Reginald Minksworthy is the gnomish owner and proprietor of The Rarified Spine, a bookstore in the Parade Heights district of the city of Damarask.  He possesses an inexhaustible curiosity for rare books and takes great pleasure in discovering esoteric and forgotten tomes.  His shop is well appointed, organized, and quiet.  An enchantment placed on the premises makes talking above a whisper impossible.

Reginald has OCD, which presents itself in a number of ways.  He is constantly tidying, adjusting, and cleaning his shop.  In addition, whenever Reginald opens a book (which he does often) he always performs a short ritual, opening the back cover gently, closing it, turning the book onto its edge, fingering the spine, placing it on its back and opening the front cover three times.
