Yazdan Endalus

The Flamehearted

Yazdan Endalus is the genasi ruler of the Brasspot district in the city of Damarask. He is the 17th generation of genasi rulers, whose power and influence reach back to the liberation of Damarask during The Grand Uprising .
Aside from his duties as district head, Yazdan is also guildmaster of the Rose & Copperthorn Trading Guild.

Personal history

When Damarask won its independence from the Ymmari Empire, 1800 years ago, it was greatly aided by a noble Efreet by the name of N'Kay N'Dali. N'Dali, who was himself imprisoned, was able to subvert his masters and fell under the command of a clever human slave by the name of Unarra Sophia. After the city was freed, thanks in large part to the might and magic of N'Dali, Unarra voluntarily freed him. They fell in love, and before N'Dali left many months later to return to the City of Brass, Sophia had borne him two children. Since that time, the Endalus family has controlled the Brasspot district of Damarask with the head of the family known as the "Flamehearted."
