Sludge Monster

The stench from this monster is enough to drive anyone away from its path. It roams the cities of the world feeding off the contamination and pollution of mankind. As it devours more of the corruption of civilization it grows stronger and stronger.

Powers.

Wretched Smell. Getting close to the Sludge Monster caused the hunters to suffer -1 to all rolls until they get out of range.

Acid Body. Being made of acid allows the monster to eat away at objects made of organic, metal, and other substances.

Healing Pollution. Submerging itself in pollution, much, and decay causes the Sludge Monster to heal 1 harm.

Attacks.

Acid Slam. Close, 2 harm, disease

Corruption Geyser. Far, area, 4 harm, restraining

1 against martial weapons

Weaknesses.

Seed of the Ancients' Tree. The only way to kill the Sludge Monster fully is to inject this seed into it and use a Big Magic ritual. If this is not done then the Sludge Monster will eventually reform.
