Fenibis, The Broken Trust

Fenibis is said to be an angel that committed such an atrocious sin against Mount Celestia that they are never permitted to return. Though they were not damned to the lower planes, they have lost their wings and their might. They wander the lands of the mortal realm aiding where they can in peace and refuge.
