Galeborn

The Galeborn are a religious order seen by their members as avengers of Nature and by most other groups as either aggressive expansionists or outright terrorists. Galeborn temples are rarely if ever seen in sub-urban settings and are more often natural citadels than temples. Even those small shrines found near civilization are more recruitment centers run by the least knowledgeable members and secrecy is still the first tenant followed. Without the following for outright war against the nations and institutes they see as the greatest threat to the natural world, most followers focus their efforts on “Liberation”. Any Galeborn would willingly join or spur on a revolt against an established government. However, the primary means of Liberation is that of structures and land. Many lost and hidden tombs, dungeons, castles, crypts, waypoints, and trade posts are legacy of the Galeborn taking them back for nature. Many such structures are Liberated following the trauma of a war, monster attack, or natural disaster (most of which may have been prodded on by the liberators). While Liberation of an abandoned structure is preferred, remnant occupants, refugees, or innocent civilians leftover are not typically a reason to hold off but typically seen as the leftover stalks that could renew an infestation.

Beliefs and Practices: Not much more is known of the group as any evidence of outsiders present around their practices and rituals are the leftover corpses.
