Nephoracles, the Prophet King

A Storm Giant said to look over the Storm Broken Lands from his Stratodel (fortress within the clouds). The Prophet King interferes little, waiting for his prophecies to arise and his purpose called upon. Despite this, he holds under him a host of aarakocra to do his bidding if fate needs nudged.
