The floral ring uses a self-sustaining magical system to make the flower absorb nutrition and reduce the need for it. When a flower is put, it becomes partially 'sedated' and able to absorb water and nutrients. This is a great way for someone that liked a particular flower to be ablr to have one of them without it wearing out and survive harsh elements.

Significance

Many culture hold botany as a non-verbal way to communicate, such as using different types of flowers as a gift depending on the intent such as roses to express love.
Some, however, uses those for more unique purpose: The Tiger Gladiolus flower, for example, keeps some acidic chemical that is enough to dissuade some insects to go nearby the user. A superb tool for gatherers that have to deal with vermin from time to time. Uncommon. While a magical item, the magic used is rather simple and does not need advanced crafter to create one. It is usually an apprentice's test at druidic craftmanship. They can be found in almost all areas, and people in arid or boreal valley are rather fond of those, eager to pay a higher price.

the ring adapts to it's user as long as it can surround the tip of their finger. Most rings are made with a 6 centimeter circumference.

Raw materials & Components

The base of the ring is made with a branch of Tree-whipper, which is injected with a solution that keeps the branch alive, but sedated to avoid injuries. Inside the branch is carved a small slot which must include about twelves water drops from the first rain of the year. Then, the user can put and change a flower by putting a part of the branch of said flower in the slot
