The museum also includes a small boutique which included hardvoers copies of his traveling journals and fictions he wrote. A tavern was also included with a menu including some exotic food found in earlier journeys. The royal family agreement that )Y) the follow owners invest their profits into preservation of the gallery, and knew a public access to Marcus' discoveries would be what he wanted, as well as encouraging future generations to work in the marine field, an important aspect of the town's economy.
