Cottongrass

Description

Subsisting in the coldest climates, this grasslike plant grows in the Tundra from Spring to Fall. Its fluffy white seed heads buffet about in the wind.

Obtainment

Very Easy. The seed heads can be easily seen and there is difficulty in gathering.
