Ribwort

Found in settlments, grasslands and forests in the heat of the summer, the plant is a rosette-forming perennial herb, with leafless, silky, hairy flower stems.
Ribwort can be eaten raw or cooked. The older the leaves the more bitter they will taste. They do have fibrous veins making it a little bit tricky to eat raw unless chopped. Seeds can be ground into a powder and added to flours in baking.
The leaves and seeds can be brewed into a tea that restores 1d4 + 2 HP, and the flowers can be made into a salve that restores 1d4 + 4 HP
