During the Rift Wars Nexaira became somewhat famous - it is a gateway world, a rarity among other dimensions. Jumpstarting a new portal to another dimension is extremely easy on this specific dimension - hence their emblem shows a portal and a crown, being "kings" of opening new gateways, as well as closing them.
Thanks to the constant stream of dimension hoppers - both adventurers and invading parties, as well as refuges and scientists - Nexaira doesn't have that much of a culture of it's own. Instead, they've adapted the best yet most accessible parts of every other dimension, making it a hot-pot of different cultures.
There's a lot of dimension hoppers that come through daily on almost every city and town - so much so they've made dedicated houses/temples/stations (depending who you ask) in every settlement that houses more than 20 people to just have some portals open and ready to go whenever.
It's a comfy relaxing world to chill in and to pass through, nothing major to write home about really. A pitstop before more exciting worlds await.
