Underdark of Aranwyrn

Geography

The Underdark of Aranwyrn is the subterranean world directly under the continent of Aranwryn. Initially, this land was crafted by the Dwarves who lived and thrived on Aranwryn thousands of years ago, before their race declined after their war with the Fey races of Daedenwood. Now, it is filled with all types of monstrosities and horrors - all of which still hold hatred for those who live on the surface.

Fauna & Flora

Drow have filled many of the abandoned Dwarven cities under Aranwryn, however all kinds of horrors and aberrations reside inside the continent. Many powerful monsters such as Beholders and even Demons have been found in the depths.
There is even plant life that can occasionally be found inside the depths of the Underdark. Many forms of fungus reside naturally, and have even been farmed in the caverns. Bioluminescent, Toxic and food fungi are the most popular types.

Natural Resources

Iron mines, golden hoards and even fungal farms can be found in the Underdark.
