The Ettawk Dynasty
The Dynasty, as it is simply known, is a noble line from the early days of Hawd Prime, before space flight re-emerged. They survived a bloody time and united the people of the system under one empire, the Hawd Empire. Today they are little more than figureheads, who have 'entrusted' power in the formal governing bodies of the Bureau and the Hawd Parliament. They have been mostly reduced to tenets in their own palace, unable to leave at their own leisure, and unable to truly exercise power in their former dominion.
History
On Hawd Prime, some years before the formation of the Hawd Empire, there were a number of feudal lords and ladies vying for first, control of Hawd Prime, THEN the whole Hawd System. Through a cunning battle strategies and daring assassinations of rival leaders, the Ettutawk dynasty was eventually victorious over their rivals. Killing those that would not bend the knee and rewarding those that would betray their own cause to serve the Ettutawk.
