Daro Phan Xi (a.k.a. King Daro)

Daro grew up in the lower districts, in the depths of poverty. The son of a failed business owner, Daro had to turn to crime at a young age to make ends meet. He had multiple run-ins with the law from a young age, but he got smarter. At the age of 14 Daro was the leader of a chain of street gangs throughout the lower districts of the Western Capitol. By the age of 48 Daro is the ringleader of the Syndicate,a federation of crime rings within the lower districts of the Western capital, and now bleeding into the rest of the Western colonies.
Everyone answers to Daro, Daro answers to no one.

visibly, only daro's head is made out of human organic meterial, and even then both of his eyes have been replaced with cybernetic implants. His arms and chest cavity seem to be entirely robotic. He has a red laser where his trachea is on his chest.
