Bokuto

The man only known as Bokuto is a Detroit crimelord that has ties to the Yakuza. Bokuto's true name is unknown, but he is recognized by a tattoo down the right side of his face. Though he has been in Detroit for years, his gang was mostly inactive, only appearing for brief stints of crime.
With the new construction project of Chinatown in Detroit starting up in 2017, Bokuto's men have been seen more frequently, and have become more involved in the Detroit underworld. Their presence is not as common as the other criminal gangs, but many believe Bokuto is bringing more Yakuza into Detroit to start a gang war to wrestle control of some regions for himself.
