Blazing Star
Blazing Star (a.k.a. Blaze)
Moves
Stage-Fighting
When fighting in front of an audience, mark a condition to roll Superior on directly engage a threat.
The Interwebs (aka the Gossip Mags)
When you tap into the gossip and
rumor of the celebrity industry for information on an
important city figure, roll + Superior. On a hit, you
can ask the GM questions. On a 10+, ask three. On
a 7-9, ask one:
What are they up to?
What or who do they most care about?
What allies do they have? Enemies?
Where and when can I find them?
How could I make them vulnerable to me?
On a miss, ask one anyway, but they hear about
your interest in them.
Time for the Show
When you put on a flamboyant display of your powers, roll + Superior. On a 7-9, name one NPC present. On a 10+, name two NPCs present. The named NPCs must either volunteer help or information, express admiration, or ask
for your help, GM’s choice. On a miss, your display catches someone watching in the wrong way.
C'mon Lucky!
Alex has created a neural uplink for her with her AI-powered drone, allowing her to use the visual information the drone collects to teleport more efficiently and accurately. She gains a +1 bonus to Directly Engage a Threat, Unleash Your Powers, and Defend when the drone would be useful. If the drone is damaged, she Takes a Powerful Blow.
You Haven't Learned You Can Do That Yet
When you tell a teammate about a new, never-before performed trick that they’ve never considered, spend a Team from the pool to allow them to unleash their powers, directly engage a threat, or defend someone using your Superior as if it was their Label. Any costs or complications from their move affect you, as well.
Powers
Teleportation
Blaze can teleport about a third of a mile sustainable, and about a mile with reasonable effort. Anything more than that stretches her abilities.
Flight
Blaze can fly at about a normal running pace. Practically it's used more as hovering between teleports.
Energy Blast
Blaze's weakest power, her blasts carry little more power than her physical punches, but can strike at a distance.

Madeline Poe: showrunner of Marvels, the talent hunting show for superheroes. Actions with alien invasion caught her attention, I’ve been invited on the show!
Potential!
Miss Kessler – MACE security, serves as "receptionist"
Alex now lives in Emerald City!
The Troll. Threatening to break something if I don't do a karaoke video to Never Going to Give You Up. I did *not* do it--can't risk the threat getting out (even if it's not legit), it would *ruin* my chances at getting on Marvels...
Hermes: was part of teen heroes group, now vying for title of Fastest Person on the Planet. Does a *lot* of rescue operations. Punching villains is not the best use of his super speed--rescue is. You can expect Hermes at any disasters worldwide. He is still allied with old team--three different aliens: Jelly Black, super scientist; Sun, solar energy hero (strong Skyler, solar energy hero with UFO (not as strong). Also friends with Kokee (Halcyon) and the Enabler (Brooke City).
